13 WTF Foreign Signs

Every country has their own special set of moral and social behavioral issues, but it appears that there are three forms of public indecency that are extremely common in foreign countries. The first and most common behavior appears to be puiblic defecation and urination. Groping women is the second most common problem, while feeding children to alligators appears to be the third. The fourth biggest issue is playground fornication, but nobody really considers that a crime if it's after 9:00 PM.
